Maria – occupational health and safety
Helping people stay healthy at work.
Maria is an occupational health and safety specialist and CEO of PLA2 Consulting. She holds a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Science from Mid Sweden University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Education from Kristianstad University. She has also studied occupational health and safety law and worked as an HR business partner.
Maria advises on occupational health and safety management, organisational and psychosocial factors at work, workplace adjustments and rehabilitation. She works closely with managers, employee safety representatives, HR teams and employees to assess needs, agree practical measures and review their effectiveness.
As a certified Prevent trainer, Maria delivers courses on workplace health and safety, psychosocial risks and systematic health and safety management, including the Swedish BAM, OSA and SAM programmes. She makes complex requirements clear and shows people how to apply them in their daily work.

Jonas – security, risk and crisis leadership

Jonas is an experienced security adviser specialising in international and high-risk operations. His expertise includes travel security, field security and operational risk management, drawing on work in Ukraine, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
